Detailed Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the noodles according to package directions.
- While the noodles cook, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar or lime juice, and warm water in a bowl until smooth.
- Slice the cabbage thinly and mince the garlic.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the cabbage and cook for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring often, until it softens and shrinks down.
- Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Drain the noodles and reserve a small splash of pasta water.
